Behind every author there exists a secret library: an intellectual and spiritual capital that defines her vision of the world. For me, books have been the most powerful investment: not only did they accompany me, but they acted as silent mentors, shaping my strategic thinking, my creative discipline, and my capacity for resilience.

Some texts worked as catalysts for change; others as mirrors that reflected my internal processes. On my journey as a writer and yoga practitioner, each work became a bridge between knowledge and wisdom, between the external and the intimate, between aspiration and realization. In that legacy of pages, I discovered that reading is also an art of inner leadership.
Here a curated selection
The Body Keeps the Score – Bessel van der Kolk
→ A book that expanded my way of thinking about the connection between body and mind. It gave me a new spiritual depth by showing that our experiences are imprinted in the physical, and that healing is also an act of integral awareness.
The 48 Laws of Power – Robert Greene
→ A work that gave me language to understand complex emotions and the invisible processes of human influence. Each law led me to reflect on both the internal and external dynamics of power, inviting me to see with greater clarity the scenarios where our decisions are shaped.
Atomic Habits – James Clear
→ This book taught me discipline and clarity. Its practical vision of how small changes sustain great transformations offered me a new perspective on creativity: structured, patient, and oriented toward steady progress.
The Power of Now – Eckhart Tolle
→ A text that challenged my way of seeing the world by inviting me to live the present with full awareness. Within its pages, I discovered the value of silence, meditation, and resilience as paths toward a more authentic and luminous life.
Each of these works left more than knowledge: they left traces, seeds that continue to grow every time I return to them.

An invitation to the reader
The books that shape us are not always the ones we expect. Sometimes a single page can change the way we see everything. I invite you to reflect: what books have marked your own way of understanding the world, and how can you allow them to guide your next transformation?
