Luciana Solano is a certified writer, and a certified Yoga and Yoga Sculpt instructor. Her work is dedicated to creating emotionally and spiritually transformative experiences through art, awareness, and the written word.

Her path to wellness began as a personal search for calm in the midst of chaos. In moments of deep anxiety and despair, she found in yoga and meditation the tools to restore peace and reconnect with her center.

What began as a refuge transformed into a life purpose: to guide others in discovering that same serenity and inner power within themselves.

Her mission: To guide people in finding peace, emotional clarity, and self-mastery, even in the midst of noise and uncertainty. Luciana believes in the power of intentional pause, deep awareness, and conscious movement as pathways to true transformation.

I loved the high-energy class. The combination of yoga poses with strengthening exercises, all set to the dynamic rhythm of great music, results in a full-body workout without muscle fatigue. The instructor was excellent; she inspire confidence and supports you throughout the entire class.

Thank you, Luciana. For me, the yoga practice was an unexpected experience, as I thought that because of my asthma, I wouldn’t be able to perform continuous exercises. At first, I sought physical strength and flexibility, and the courage to keep my breathing steady at 100%. But I made it my goal to manage and measure my limits — not only in achieving a posture, but in controlling my breath with each deep inhale, where every exercise and every breath became a challenge.

The true strength was in maintaining calmness, and the flexibility of my mind — a reconnection with myself, body and mind. Thank you, thank you, because I understood that self-improvement is not measured by postures, but by the ability to stay active even when something hurts or feels difficult.

It was my fourth-ever yoga class and first yoga sculpt — perfect for beginners or intermediate levels, with lots of ways to modify for all ages. Luciana was amazing! She switched seamlessly between Spanish and English, kept us hyped up, and checked our posture throughout. I loved that she reminded us to breathe (so needed!) and was so friendly after class. Highly recommend!

Practicing with you feels like coming home without ever having to travel.
Your voice gathers us, steadies us, and reminds us that the body also knows how to heal when we listen gently.

In each class, time softens and the soul finds a place to rest.
Thank you for accompanying us without hurry, for showing us that every posture can be an embrace that holds us without touching.

Luciana's class truly brings movement and intention to the yoga experience.
Even though the session was online, she made it feel personal and immersive - almost as if the participant were right there in the room with her. The incorporation of light weights added a powerful dimension, intensifying the practice and enhancing the results in a thoughtful, effective way.
It was a beautifully balanced class where the participant could feel every part of the body working, while still maintaining the calm, grounding essence of yoga. A revitalizing experience that left both body and mind feeling stronger, centered, and re-energized.
